Airmatic spring defect/build flaw
removed the air spring on a 2010 cl550 4matic(same platform as s550 4matic) everything came out fine. when the new one came, it will only fit with the arm that holds the ball joint to the lower control arm turned 90 degrees(meaning the ball joint is facing 90 degrees in the wrong direction)..the only thing i can think of is a factory defect..heres a pic, can anyone confirm if this is built incorrectly? edit:this is supposed to be a front left/driver side unit

appreciate that, I tried searching on google and couldn’t find much..the part number on the unit I received is correct..still doesn’t fit..do you think it is a factory defect as I do?
