Dear fellows:
somebody left a paper folder on the back near the retractable sunshade and the paper folder got jammed in into the sunshade!!! when I tried to pull the freaking paper out, it damaged my very useful retractable sunshade, which was a feature a really liked with my Mercedes due to privacy. Can somebody please tell me how best I can access the assembly in the back to either try to fix it or perhaps replace it? I really need your help and thank you I'm advance...😢
