Can you post a pic just so we know which piece exactly you're talking about? There are different versions of it.

Are you referring to switch block controller, need VIN to supply part #.

they are serious money and nightmare to remove..... you have to pull centre console apart…. make sure you buy 140 above and destroy this rather than trash the aluminum knob like everyone does
you can probably pull it apart and clean it … or run diagnostics to get the part number of yours, then buy one second hand on flee bay
