no such thing as pre wiring in a merc - plenty of power at the back of the car and you run one wire down to the comand unit...
the factory camera of this vintage is $720 with a module that puts active lines on the screen which is now unobtanium, but used to cost $2000 and all that needs a special loom !!! they are all getting scrapped at this vintage - look around on ebay if you want to go genuine
