Rear Camber adjustment

I realize this has been discussed many times in the past and I have looked over all I could find but I still have some questions for others out there.
A 2008 S550 4Matic. Now I understand the rear cant be adjusted and the dealer does not sell camber kits like they do for the E class. I have seen the KMAC kits and they are discussed here and apparently work BUT... Really expensive. Doing a search I did find a few places that sell an adjustable "camber strut" to replace the solid no adjustable OEM part. It looks like it would be a reasonable alternative and less than 1/2 the $$ of the KMAC with an easier install. Has anyone tried the adjustable arms that are sold?
I had the front aligned and it is perfect but now, the rear camber is off and just going over a bump the rear jumps out a bit and in the winter this could be dangerous. I realize the original bushings could be worn causing this but I haven't had a chance to look at them and the guy that did the alignment didnt say anything but I think he just saw there was no adjustment so didnt bother to look as he should have.
Anyone ever try the adjustable replacement parts?

I've bought links from this ebay seller for my SL55. Work well and not like KMAC, which seem like they would have a short lifespan.

Kbob999, Yes, that is what I was looking at. Seems much easier to install.

Thanks again, I was wondering, looking at them I see multiple "adjustment" nuts. I can see how a "single nut" adjustment would work and hold but I dont see how the way those you referenced actually tighten up once you get them to where you want them. Is there some sort of lock? How did you adjust them and keep them in place. It looks like the center "arm" part could just kind of wobble out of place.
