Headlights On During the Day

It seems lately that even in broad daylight, my headlights will turn on. If I move the switch on Auto to Off, they still stay on. No matter what position the switch is in, the headlights won't turn off. I have a feeling I'm due for a new headlamp switch. Does anyone know where the light sensor is on this car? 2012 S63.

It's the square ones at the top of the windshield by the rearview mirror.

Lights coming ON at daylights is something else Could be light sensor or rain sensor as rain sensor will also turn lights ON if it sees rain.
