W221 Airmatic - ESP - Parking Sensor panel lights

Hi Forum,

Since a few days on my 2007 S320 CDI - W221 with 56k Miles
  • The headlights stay on all the time - the headlight control knob seems to have stopped operating/changing anything
  • Airmatic - ESP - Parking Sensor - Screen alignment - Screen backlight panel's backlight and functions - have stopped working
  • The backlights of the Headlight control knob and parking brake button - have stopped working
  • There are no warning signs, mechanically the car drives fine.
Other than a windscreen replacement around 18 months ago when the rain/light sensor in the windscreen was damaged and repaired under warranty by Mercedes there have been no other problems.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?
I am looking to identify the right fuse / fuses that control these function but this isn't as straightforward - there are 4 boxes - 1 x either side of the dashboard, 1x left top end under the bonnet next to the battery, and 1x right top end next to the steering servo.
Any help or guidance would be great.
