Heater fan on and off- unable to adjust fan speed (?)

Hi, anyone had this issue when heater fan going on and off and I cannot adjust the fan speed. I’ve scanned this through Icarsoft and that’s what’s showing (few different things) after reset fault codes and read again, photos below... anyone? Appreciate for any help

Sorted !

If anyone will have similar problem means HEATER BLOWER FAN MOTOR RESISTOR need changing, £23 from EBay, photo below.

Thanks for posting that followup. Too many times you never see what finally fixed a problem.

Actually the main issue was clogged windshield drainage pipe.. so water some how was getting into the blower fan and resistor was first to affect. I did cleaned drainage pipes on both sides of windshield about 6 months ago but they have tiny holes and gets easily clogged up..
Best and easiest way I found to clean clogged pipes is to use pressure washer, open the bonnet 1 minute and job from the top and it’s done but sadly it need to be done every so often.. or I’ll make those drainage holes a bit bigger in wheel arches as they’re a pain..(?)
