Helpful Hint for M275 Crank Position Sensor
Posting this so someone doesnt waste time looking for crank position sensor on M275 (S600/S65). Numerous threads say the sensor is under the driverside exhaust manifold area. EPC makes it appear as if thats where it is. It is not there. Dont bother.
Real location is at 12 clock position where engine and tranny meet. You need an E8 with a wobble ext and 12+ ext. Its a really akward area to reach on the v12 but maybe a 5-10 min job. Ill post the sensor part number shortly.
