Electrical steering column regulation problem

Hello, I have problem in my W221 2006 with electrical steering column regulation.
Up/Down regulation don't work
Forward/Back regulation don't work
After test DAS I have 4 DTC Errors in module.
I have no reaction when I use shifter.

So firstly I checked fuses - OK

Remove two motors:
Up/Down motor check OK - directly +12V works fine
Forward/Back motor check OK - directly +12V works fine

Check connections in SAM Module - OK
Check steering column shifter by DAS - OK
When i put directly +12V to Forward/Back motor works fine in both sides, in both motors
But when i put +12V to Up/Down motor it sounds like motor don't have power to move column to up and down, (both motors)
It's like stuck too hard to move column, anyone knows what's wrong? Can I manually change position?
Why I don't have reaction to Forward/Back regulation when it's OK?
Thanks!
