Intelligent light system possible in US?
Anyone successfully enabled ILS in US? I know this option was not available in US due to government regulations when W221 was in production, but I'm not sure whether it can be enabled in coding or it needs different headlight unit. I would really like to have this option on my W221.

W221 doesn't have LED headlight. It only has Bi-Xenon headlamps with Active Curve Illumination and LED Daytime Running Lamps. ILS can actively adjust headlamps.

Yes, it is possible. I know someone who has it activated.
I don't think it was a substantial difference though. It wasn't night and day. I have it activated on my 2014 E350. I think the difference with ILS on the W221 Facelift is they move more and get brighter in highway mode, but I don't think it was noticeable
