The drama continues

I have a 2007 Mercedes S550 not 4 matic with 167k miles on it. I recently had the starter replaced but the new one installed isn't working. It worked for couple of days after picking it up from the mechanic . I have already had both batteries checked by 2 different places who verified that they are fine. The starter and rear batteries are under 6 months old. So I am looking for a part # to the starter. I have checked on websites that list oem parts but I don't see the starter as they are discontinued. Can someone kindly list the correct part # for the starter that is for my car. Again my car does not have 4 matic. Vin # WDDNG71X67A031334

I would buy a starter from FCPeuro, they have lifetime warranty on every part they sell.

So here is the background to what I have done to the car in the last 2 days. Both the starter battery and the rear battery were replaced under warranty from auto-zone and pep-boys. The fuel filter and pump were replaced over 2 months ago. obviously the starter was done less a week ago. There are no engine codes pulled from the obd scanner made for Mercedes. I also did the crankshaft position sensor last year. the car sounds like it wants to start but doesn't. I don't if its a fuel issue or cps cause like i said no lights come on. Also oddly enough after a while of trying to start it the car starts. Its been cold so over night it drops to freezing and when I try to start it first thing in the morning it won't but once started the car drives normal and even when shut off after been driven it starts right up again. Any ideas? All spark plugs and coils replaced 6 months ago. Minutes after I posted this the car started right up without issues but this when I got all the OBd codes.. my guess it’s the ecu on top of the engine but I am just guessing at this point

Both batteries are brand new. The issue originally was that the starter failed. I left the car sitting for 3-4 weeks and had to replace the starter. When I did so my mechanic stated that the rear main battery was dead and needed to be charged. When I went to pick up the car at my mechanic the battery low and not allowing me to unlock the doors using the remote so I had to manually unlock with the valet key. Once I got the car home I decided to bring both batteries to the places I bought them from. One was autozone which was the starter battery and the rear battery was pepboys. Both batteries were replaced. Autozone didn’t test it rather just swapped it out. Pepboys tested the battery and discovered 2 cells had an issue. Once I installed both batteries I still had the issue. I scanned the car and got ton of obd codes. At this point I posted all the codes and Dan and others helped point me in the right direction. What got me over the hump per se was looking on YouTube . A guy described my exact problem. He said it could either be the fuel pump or the fuel pump relay. I was highly doubtful that it would be the fuel pump since I just replaced it 6-7 months ago along with the fuel filter. Just a side note both batteries were less than 6 months old. Even though they were replaced under warranty. All good so far
