And speaking of those vacuum lines, they are hard plastic (likely nylon) and do seem to get brittle and break. There’s also a transition to a rubber hose on the left side up near the front of the valve cover that I’ve had split and need to be trimmed back and re-clamped.
PTFE tubing used for 3D printer Bowden filament feeds (4 mm OD) makes a dandy replacement for the rigid vacuum line.
edit: that’s actually not the sensor, it’s a valve to actuate the bypass valves. There are MAP sensors on both intakes as well as one in the intake manifold. ECU senses manifold pressure and determines when to open the bypass valves.
