Rear Seat A/C Air Flow

My 2012 S63 doesn't have the separate rear A/C temperature controls, just the regular vents in the center console and the B pillars. It seems that even when the A/C is on high, there isn't much air flow going out the rear vents. I don't have people in the back seat often, but when I do, I usually get complaints that the A/C isn't working well. I've found that if I shut off two of the vents in the front that more goes to the back, but that isn't a great solution. Does anyone else have this problem or is there something that can be done to increase the air flow to the back seat?

Check actuator motor(s) you will need MB diagnostics for definitive motor diagnose. Provide VIN if you want part # confirmation.

Thank you. I'll show this to my service advisor.
