What is this part called?
The rear amg brakes don't have it, but the fronts do.
normally -
calliper body
piston seal
dust seal
piston
bleed nipple + dust cover
pad
pad retaining bit
shouldn't be much else - you can have nasty split callipers with the bolts that hold it together of course and a seal between the parts... or single sided sliding garbage and the associated rot to let that happen (or on the back some form of park brake)

I was going to order new ones so I didn't have to spend the time taping each individual one of them on every caliper to paint them.
