Change clock time
Its 2007 S350 (WDD221) Japanese specs, i just imported from Japan and i tried my best to change the time but there is no time option under Vehicle > System Setting.
Do i need to update navigation map to current country to correct the time ?

A navigation update is not available and probably not related to your issue.
search on these boards for Japanese imports of any MB of your year and you might find a contributor who solved same. I have read about “Japanese software versions” implemented on cars born there.
The time function is controlled by MB software inCommand. It is an algorithm that converts satellite issued time codes that command interprets and gives you time on the clock. I know weird but SL owners in Europe have time issues and one of the gurus isolated the issue to bad code in Command circa 03 to 05.
I NEVER recommend going to a dealer, so coughing as I write this, have you inquired there? They might be able to “reflash”your software to a US Version that would work.
You might search a contributor here BOTUS. He has loads of experience with software on w221 and shares his opinions vividly .
