Engine buzz/vibration at take off

Hello folks. I went from owning a w140,w126 and now a 2008 s550 4 matic along with 99 SL500.

I have a engine uzz/drone I feel in the foot area and steering wheel at idle and is felt more when taking off or when the engine is under load. Its mostly in low rpm range. Higher rpm its fine.
I changed the trans mount with MB and it helped a bit. I am planning to change mounts too, but wanted to make sure seeing how some people have changed that with no cure with similar problem.
The shop i deal with did a brake test and the driver side mount dosnt jump up and down like when its fully broken, it gradually goes up with more throttle.

Can the engine mount can be degraded but not fully broken? Can anything else be the problem?
Can it be an exhaust hanger?

Thanks in advance.
