Low coolant error please help

Howdy ok so new issue with (w221) s600 I woke up getting ready for school went and started my car and I got a low coolant light? With no visible leaks or smells suggesting a leak? Then I turned the car off checked to the best of my knowledge with this vehicle (very minimal) the level of coolant and I was wondering if these motors are known to burn coolant a bit since they are rather big and if so how do
i check and top off the fluid any tips or ideas are appreciated thank

My 2007 S600 also had a slow drip in April of 2019. Mine turned out to be a hairline crack in the radiator. New radiator took care of it. No problems since.

I have heard dozens of stories about guys trying to save money on a radiator by using epoxy on hairline cracks. Don't even go there. Just replace the silly thing. The dumbest story I ever heard was a guy who tried to JB Weld a radiator hairline crack and it leaked out, of course, overheating his V12 and ruining his engine.

Yeah, I had coolant going "somewhere" for quite a while. Would light up like clockwork every 300 miles or so. Drove me nuts. Ended up being the radiator. Price on it wasn't that bad iirc, around $350 or so?
