Front air strut bellow clamp fail and more?

Jacked up car to troubleshoot pulling to the right, while car is jacked up air strut bellow pulled away from lower and a bunch of crumbs fell out. Is there a way to resecure this? And should I be concerned about all the debris that fell out?

I'm hearing air whoosh out of the strut as I jack up the vehicle so I'm thinking this strut is blown. The weird thing to me is it holds air and doesn't sag after sitting for several days. I just purchased this W221 in August and I'm not that familiar with the function of the air system. IMHO the compressor ran quite frequently and would hear air blow back out the compressor inlet filter frequently. Is this normal? The other question is, do I buy the $150 generic strut on Amazon or splurge and spend $450+ on the Arnott?

I just replaced my front set on a 4matic. I only had one blown strut but decided to do the set. I went with Rebuild Master Tech. They have good reviews and were reasonably priced for a set of front struts, and they had the 4matic set in stock. Adding in The labor my mechanic charged me, the job was just under $1000. Money was well spent as the issue was resolved.
