Parking brake see owner's manual
I get a red parking brake warning message that reads parking brake see owner's manual. When driving the park light flashes red but the parking brake isn't engaged. There are no codes showing under electronic parking brake either. Has anyone ever seen this issue?

likely one of two thing either hit its designed to fail software count or the ABS sensors need changing

09 s550 - in an attempt to clear even though not engaged, manually release parking brake. If this fails visually inspect condition of CU including disconnecting (cleaning if need be), reconnecting electrical connector. Fine, are you using MB diagnostics or compatible to pull codes switch may be at fault (MB 5700) – replacement part # 2215401445.
