Front ABS wheel speed sensor setup
Greetings all..need some clarification please. I will be replacing the notorious LF ABS wheel speed sensor on my W221 S350 and would like to check the tone ring condition. Does a tone ring exist or is this a special wheel bearing that has the one sided magnetic function? Apologies if my terminology is suspect..thanks.

never even looked at mine swapped all 4 ABS sensors and it sorted dodgy park brake behaviour and the ESP light that comes on some 6 months later
mine was a rear sensor failure - I thought they were the std issue (not the fronts) - but no doubt all built to similar quality
