Fuel gauge issues

Hello all,

I am still trying to track down why my gas gauge on my instrument cluster only shows that my gas tank is only 80% full of gas when indeed it is completely full. In the last couple of years I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel level sensor on the driver’s side and still the gas gauge is inaccurate. I recently bought the updated For Mercedes W221 Vapor Canister Purge Valve Wiring Harness part #211 440 01 34 and Mercedes-Benz canister shut off valve
Part # A0014701393. My thought is to install these parts on my car to rule out that this issue I am having is related to them as I have read that when fueling up the gas nozzle will stop prematurely as the shut off valve maybe clogged or faulty. I am also thinking of replacing the fuel level gauge sensor on the passenger side. While I am working near the charcoal canister I am thinking of cracking it open as I watched a video on how to clean it and install new charcoal. Other than these steps above I am at loss.
On a side note BenzNinja is amazing.. he has updated all my software in individual modules my Mercedes x164 and Mercedes w221. Ninjabenz did notice one think odd when he was trying to figure my gas gauge level issue. The c4 star doesn’t communicate with my fuel pump. It seems like there is an issue. It doesn’t recognize that the car has a physical pump installed. The only other thing I can think of that might be an issue is 06-14 Mercedes Fuel Pump Control Module 2129000406. Other than that we are stumped. I included a picture of gas gauge on my instrument cluster with a green circle around the line which the needle goes up to and not past that point.

I would also be concerned that it is 185° in/near your car.
