Hello folks. Happy Friday to all. This is from the driver side. Looked up the numbers on it but no luck. Ideally, I will just replace the mirror plate, even with a non-part, just a piece of mirror glass but I don't know about the light reflection and dispersion. Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.

found a beveled piece on Amazon with the 3mm thickness. First long side cut went awesome. The second, not so much, taking a wavy slice out of the wanted piece. PM time....
