2007 S550 Facelift upgrade.
Upper Strut Brace
Looking for any info on any company that sells aftermarket upper strut braces for 07 S550 (W221). I found a co in the US, but they discontinued their product. I’ll buy used if someone has one to sell.

2007 S550 Facelift upgrade.
I’ll have to try them in the UK. They were the ones that I contacted here in the US. They make a lower strut brace and several other braces for the W221, but they discontinued the upper one!

Uh, I don’t think that upper brace weighs 2200lbs.

Does this strut brace work for an ABC suspension? I have an S600 and wonder if a strut brace would make any difference.

Great question vettebk.... But, I would doubt it... for the same reason that we don't have (anti) sway bars. And, as an engineer once told me, if MB's have any fault-- from a crashworthiness perspective--, it's that they are too Teutonic... in that, they Don't Bend... LOL

If ever there was a car anywhere in the world that does not require a “strut brace,” it’s an S-Class Mercedes. This is boy racer stuff.

It works on my Mustang GT and on my Chrysler 300 SRT8 but neither of those have ABC.
