As i know the Advanced Frontlight System is to lower the high beam if the camera detects another car coming in the other direction.
What do you think of the options in my IC? Do you know if I need to change any?

- but you have an interesting thought about high beam assist.... front sam was coded with this after Merc updated the software ..but the car doesn't have it - unless its off because this menu has it off ? (I don't want it but I like to try it so I can complain about whats wrong - my last BM had it and a mate's 2020 VW had it, always dim witted and dangerous)
