Buying 2012 S550 4MATIC High Mileage issues? ADVICE

Hi everyone, I am looking into buying a 2012 S550 4M (blk on blk) with 125000miles / 200,000kms. I really would like some guidance before pulling the trigger
I am trading my 1987 560SEC with 176,000kms and paying some cash on top so I'll be letting go of a very special car in order to obtain this as a daily driver
I have read online that the 2012+ models are better to own and a safer bet in terms of reliability. I am going to get a basic warranty from the dealer which covers me for 1 year or 20,000kms for two claims up to 3000$ each. I am trying to get a higher warranty package but dealer tells me car is over 10 years old now and most warranty companies will only provide basic power train coverage. From what I've googled, the problems below come up. And with the car approaching high mileage, I'm afraid I may end up paying a big bill in the near future
Also the cherry on top is that I'm buying the car sight unseen... the car is located about 6 hours away and I wont get time to go there and the dealer claims they've got local interest
The only reason they are considering doing the deal with me is because I'm trading in my SEC and the dealership owner has a thing for older benz coupes
Would love some feedback before pulling the trigger. I plan to daily drive this car for 2-3 years minimum. The price is right on the car given the mileage but I'm on the fence
Hoping for some guidance before I make this decision (today)

Only buy the car if it has a full maintenance history. Air suspension bag and pump failures can happen.

I'm the luckily owner of a S500 4M with nearly 400.000 km on the clock. So far no issues except normal service. By last B service it got 2 new turbo's and all 4 airstruts change. MB inspection and compression test showed between 15.3 to 16 bar pr cylinder. Good oli and Oli additive on each service.

That is amazing. Have you had any issues with: valves seats, chain tensioners , check valves, oil in harness etc.

No, only the chain tensioners and the check valves, but it was done years ago by MB - maybe I've have to change them now again, I've just noticed some rattle by cold start, but it's not a big issue. Otherwise nothing besides the standard services, turbo's and all 4 airstruts.

how much was the cost of the chain tensioners and the check valves replacement? how many KM did it last now that you have to change again?
what was wrong with turbos? did you keep air suspension or change it to normal coilover?

It was paid by MB, but as far I know, it's not much, it should be DIY job. As the MB guy said, Timo they are not bad, but still 375.000 km is a good deal. But before that, they made a general checking at the engine ect., the engine, gearbox looks like it only been driving 80.000 km and not nearly 400.000 km. Yes still airmatic I've wouldn't change them, I don't see why - drive comfort love it.

Are you looking at the car at an MB dealer? If so, they can run a VMI which will list all services and Parts put onto the car. In the US we have Carfax which lists service records and accidents history .
