Togar

Recently installed NavT Android Auto Module by Auto Audio shop. Every thing works great except making or receiving phone calls. During a call I hear the caller perfectly well through my car speakers but they can barely hear me. They said I sound like I'm very, very far away from my phone. Anyone had this issue with this unit? Any help with be highly appreciated. The unit came with an aftermarket microphone.
