OEM facelift bumper on a pre-facelift car?

OEM facelift bumper on a pre-facelift car?
There are non-amg facelift bumpers available for good prices (specifically the one with the horizontal chrome strip), which I'd prefer to an aftermarket S65 bumper.

Is the facelift bumper physically different? I'm fine with using Depo facelift-style headlights and aftermarket grille, but will they fit the OEM facelift bumper? That would be the best, as I don't really like the S65 style bumper.
