Fiber optic plug to the command unit
So I been having issues with my command display not turning on as the screen is black. I have not sound coming out of the amp and the buttons that control the command on the middle console do not work and lastly command unit itself doesn’t seem to be powering up. I checked the plug that goes into the command it has 12v. I had the command unit tested by a very competent place and the command unit tested fine. I took a video of the plug that goes into the command and only one of the two fiber optic cables lit up.. anyone ever had this type of issue.

as far as I know one device beams out the signal that goes round each module on the MOST loop and that's how the signal gets back to the main device... so you will only see on one ?
as mentioned try looping bits out (leaving of course) the Amp and the Comand unit always in the loop... seems 3 linguatronic modules were used over years / various markets and some seem to be on the MOST - these die and take the lot down, do you have this useless option?
