Talking w221 m278 Catch can setup

Has anybody ever put one of these together for the w221 m278 engine platform??? I'd like to mitigate an overabundance of oil in the manifold and crankcase pressure from pushing oil back into the wiring harness from here on out so any pics, tips, or kits please let me know. My PCV system seems healthy but I figure a properly built and placed catch can setup wouldn't hurt.

If your goal is to avoid oil in the wiring harness, then I have a much easier solution. A fellow user put me onto these pigtails from Amazon:
Amazon Amazon

As oil leaks into the camshaft position sensor, these sacrificial mini-harnesses will take the hit instead. I installed them on two vehicles and it works great!

I put a component list together a while back but never got around to installing in either my W221 or W212. I decided maybe someday, but until then, just replace the breathers on the rears of Bank 1 cylinder heads and keep up on maintenance. Being DI motors, I can't see a catch can not being beneficial, but well maintained DI Benz's can already go a couple hundred thousand miles without unreasonable maintenance so long as they are maintained well.
