Can I get my 2012 S550 map navigation updated? One dealer told me they don't do this? Thanks Michael

USA gave up new maps in 2015, Europe in 2019

the later NTG3.5 unit from a facelift in 2010 needs a PIN I believe to unlock the new maps you load via a DVD
dealers can't be bothered to help out older cars these days - if you join the benzninja club he maybe able to help out
