New ABC front struts

So having the car serviced for my upcoming winter trip to FL, I asked my tech to inspect the front end and the ABC system for wetness/damage. And of course, both original front ABC struts were leaking green blood. I asked him to mount new/reman OEM struts from Mercedes and run a rodeo. Surprisingly, no other components were damaged. The car drives like new again. I plan to drive it for a week or two and then take another look to make sure nothing else is wet. Sometimes with high pressure hydraulic systems you fix one component and the next one down the line fails due to the high pressures being restored. I routinely change the ABC filter and fluid every other year also to keep the system reasonably dirt free.
Also did an engine oil and filter, air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and a door "strap" for my driver's side. My baby is running fine again.

And yes, it could have been much worse. A very durable automobile.

Happy Driving
It did did have a quick disconnect that wouldn’t at the left front. The L/F strut would drip at full droop but not leak with weight of the car on it.
Two Arnott ABC struts were full of metal shavings. Still have the hose I intended to install. Strut and hose were still in the car at over 150,000 when the car got fixed with the 222 car.
