If possible can you provide a genuine mb part # for the front abs reluctor rings?
the parts drawing both front and rear are Merc drawings - the numbering 120 (rear) relates to the location on the list of parts for the rear ring - if your dealer is too stupid to put a competent guy at the parts counter, I'm not really in a position to resolve that today....

I also don't have your chassis number to know exactly which model you have - that’s where their systems and competence are meant to come in.... and of course where the parts guy spent more than three minutes serving the actual tech's - he knows how to use the system check old stuff and verify what’s going on by cross ref etc. Don't forget as these are old fossils already 10 year late to their grave, a few parts are deliberately discontinued to ensure Mercedes does its very best to finished them off....

Unless you have a 4 x4 model the front hubs on the rear drive ones all take the very same inner wheel bearing seal - that’s not hard to find

Front wheel bearing seal - part 30 for an early 221 071
030 SEAL RING FRONT WHEEL HUB TO STEERING KNUCKLE A 02 599 716 47 - $7.29 febi bilstein do a competent pattern one

the rear ones - if I go to USA ebay and type W221 MB A2303570182 lots of pattern junk comes up - of course one should expect it to be half as good and likely not fit correctly vs the OEM part https://www.ebay.com/itm/276803140382?

120 IMPULSE RING LEFT Side A 23 035 701 82 - $10.82
120 IMPULSE RING RIGHT Side A 23 035 701 82 - $10.82

That said, would you happen to know if this ring is a replaceable part?
No, it's the entire bearing on a 4Matic car, that part is not replaceable.

I would buy one if they made it. I do think G series has an AMG with a 6.0 liter V12; about the closest you will come with an S600 in 4WD.

223 Maybach S650 has AWD with peak torque from the AMG bent-12 dialed back to 660lb/ft to keep the drivetrain from chewing itself up.

Code reader indicated right front ABS wheel sensor was faulty so changed it.

ABS light went off initially but came back.

Now when I start the vehicle in the morning the cluster reads “ABS ESP Unavailable” but once I drive a few feet the light turns off.

After about 30 seconds the ABS light returns.

This occurs every time I start the car the ABS light is on initially, turns off when I begin driving then turns on again after about 30 seconds.

Today, I go to my Indy who scanned the car and got a U140900 code indicating the LEFT front sensor was “unreliable” (as noted above last week the issue was the right/passenger side).

I decided to call around and Napa had an aftermarket in stock so I grabbed it and swapped out the driver’s side sensor—Now the light is on continuously.

It no longer turns off at startup and turns back on—So I unplugged the sensor slightly so it was out of the housing and immediately the car screams “Park Assist Unavailable”

I reinserted the new sensor all the way and again, the ABS light just stayed on but now the “Park Assist Unavailable” warning was gone.

Just to see what would happen, I removed the new sensor and reinstalled the old one and now the ABS light turns off when I start the car and comes back after driving for about 30 seconds.

Anyone experience symptoms like this?

I had the same problem over and over again and whenever i go to any workshops they just say change the ABS Computer, but i refused and after many tests i discovered that if the Brake Wear signal is shown on the system that means the entire ABS system is off including ESP, Night Vision, Cruise Control, Gear Box and Steering Wheel so i changed the Brake Wear and it costs me about 5$ and now the ABS & ESP signal are gone

break wear sensor will never cut ESP or ABS.....

a pad warning message should appear when you fiddle with the two sensor wires - simulating the sensor wearing through as designed as a pad wears out (to reduce the risk of disc damage from metal on metal)
