Bosch spark plugs
I am replacing my spark plugs with this Bosch plugs : YR7MPP33

There are other forum threads that discuss spark plug indexing. Some aftermarket brands are manufactured to properly index the same as MB OE plugs, while other plugs fit but don't index. Read these other threads to see if plug indexing applies, or just save your time and buy MB plugs.

that applies to direct injection on the 278 - if you have the 273 its not an issue
