Benz Ninja always to the rescue.
Over the past 6 years I have run into multiple problems with our (mine,my sons and my daughters). As fate would have it usually at an off hour or on the weekend. I have always reached out to Ben's Ninja to jump into the Xentry system and figure out what I did wrong. Every single time, without exception, Peter has responded and told me, "no problem give me 5 minutes" or "I'm on something right now give me about an hour or so."
he has done everything from transmission relearn to coding and anything that you can think of. He is truly a master at what he does.
unfortunately, I get the result I need but keep forgetting to let others know what an asset he is. So I'm doing that now:
Benz Ninja has just done an engine relearn on one of my 2012 w221's but he has also figured out the problem on our: 2000 s500, 2000 s600, 2008 cl63, 2004 cl55, 2002-2005 cl500's.
in other words; if it has a star on the hood he is the star for underneath the hood!
my son Max now works at a Mercedes dealership here in New York and has had his own Bay since 6 months into working there. He learned the mechanical side of fixing things from me but he learned the diagnostic side of things from his other mentor Peter AKA Benz Ninja.

Peter has also been a great help to me. There is a decent dealership 15 minutes from me, but I hate to have to schedule something, wait around or get a loaner, and pay for whatever is done. With the BenzNinja Club, after paying to join and getting set up, no more trips to the dealer unless it's something mechanical. And usually, Peter can fix things in the time it would take me to drive to the dealer and back. It's like having a diagnostics extended warranty forever.
(The only thing Peter can't provide is that chocolate covered cookie with the Mercedes star on it.)

Peter is the real deal.
For what one will spend at the dealership once for diagnosing something they don’t see every day one can have a membership and the equipment, and it belongs to you. Peter has assisted with many things for me. Just do it.

Unfortunately, I can't know him personally, because I'm on another continent, BUT when I see and read his posts - man, he's just a real encyclopedia!
