Weird Suspension Problem
i have a 2008 s550 base.
Ive looked all over the threads but nothing like my problem so help is greatly appreciated
I’m just trying to pin point from knowledgeable ppl
before yesterday my car would be very low after sitting over night
but yesterday while driving i can visible see and feel my driver side was lowering while driving and got message “stop car too low”
but when car is running and not moving it does not lower at all just only when driving or when car is off now
Can you help me pin point the problem I plan on going into the shop and getting the suspensions looked at
would like your guys input thanks in advance

sounds like an air leak on the Airtragic suspension - all quite normal - can be quite costly - at 12-15 years and >100k miles all fours corners need new suspension airbags - most replace the whole damper unit and suspension airbag as one new "strut" per corner - can be dome for $450 each or your main dealer at $1200 each
if getting such work done three little link rods (between the level sensor and the suspension) at $45 (two at the front one at the back) should be replaced too - and if the leak has been bad the air pump will be a bit tired - but it can't do any harm to come back and do the pump at a later date
