Ordered what is supposed to fit but it's too small.
I have the 19" AMG rims on my 2007 S550.
So far I have been getting by with 11/16" six point socket but fear I'm destroying expen$ive parts.
Someone fill me in!

Your tool is exactly what you need (if you have std OEM W221 wheel bolts) - but tyre animals have smashed up your bolts.... Note there are two different bolt lengths based on which wheels you have
European cars are only Metric don't get any old world tools near the car - your issues relate to a stop theft idea Merc invented. Security wheel bolts - most call the tool you need a flower socket - the 17mm bolts are actually 17.2 so a good unworn 17mm socket will not fit - BUT the worn one the tyre animals have fits no problem - but it destroys your wheel bolts....
the other problem - by not using the correct tool, it deforms the stainless trim cover of your nice bolts - this trim is not supposed to ever move, let alone fall off. And even better the abuse then makes it hard work for you to get on, or more frustratingly get the bolt out of the correct tool
