Resonator Delete

Hi, I was going to remove the resonators on my '13 S550 for a bit more sound. For those of you who have done it, are you just disconnecting the batteries when welding or dropping exhaust to weld? I only ask due to finicky electronics. I don't want to screw anything up while welding...

I would also love to find a safe (for the car) way to keep my rear muffler baffles open. Pretty much cannot see spending $780 for the Renntech module...

Thanks!

Look at how the additional noise happens. Easy to work backwards from there.

So when you welded on your exhaust, off or on the car? Just trying to figure out how it effects the electronics on these cars. I always do it on. Just seeing if it triggers any issues.
