You haven't answered a single point from my reply to the last time you posted this.
The lack of a corporate address in any of your information implies you have something to hide.
A legitimate company with a decent product wouldn't hide behind an email address.
Reporting as a potential scam.

The lack of a corporate address in any of your information implies you have something to hide.
A legitimate company with a decent product wouldn't hide behind an email address.

I posted them publically on your last 'adverts' for the screen.
Thank you for confirming my suspicions regarding your location. Even if your products were of interest to me, and you sent me a RHD screen and one of these units free of charge I still wouldn't fit them to my own car.
For the doubters, the attached is hardly a ringing endorsement of this company, their products or support.

Also your product page is misleading, as it implies that some W221s had CarPlay/Android Auto capability from new. They didn't. Your installation kit is useless for the W221 which suggests you have zero understanding of how the car is assembled. And if you don't understand this fundamental point, how can anyone take the product seriously?

Thank you for sharing the link with me, it made me aware of this post. I’ll make sure to reply to them. I’ve reviewed their conversation, and based on the description, the poster’s system should be NTG5.0. Our NTG5 system is already quite mature, with a very low refund and after-sales rate, so this issue should not be happening. I’ll investigate this further to get to the bottom of it.
