I wouldn't be too concerned with an S needing ABC, that's old tech. I can't imagine that a brand new, re-designed flagship sedan would have a worse or rougher ride than its predecessor.
And MCB is designed to work on European-style large flatish road bumps, not potholes or small deep road imperfections, etc., and not in the dark or in bad weather. I don't see how a GL63 is any more of a niche vehicle than S63 AMG. Both are pricier extensions of the 550 models they're based on.
