Hi, I am about to place a delivery on a S550. I am in Toronto and my sales said that right now they are looking at delivery dates for the upcoming summer, unless the factory gives Canada more allocations for builds. I was just wondering whether this is true and that it takes roughly 6-8 months to order the new S-Class as my previous cars usually only take 3 months to order.

Which cars took 3 months?

I believe forum members from the US have had a bit shorter times from order to delivery. Big countries usually have priority. I'm from a small European country and for us the expected build date was August for an early December order.

It is a new model and this time US sales started almost as early as European sales. The demand is very high.
