i saw those too on that site but it doesnt seem to make sense.

ie:

Jan 2014 10k and 12k rates are same.

Can anyone confirm that these rates are correct?

Yeah, it doesn't make sense to me either. One rate is through the roof high and another is almost free money. LOL.
