When do MY2015 start mfging?
When do they switch to 2015 manufacturing?
I have a 2014 S550 which will be built sometime in Feb, delivery in late March is what they are telling me.
Just curious because if 2015's start in March, I'd rather wait.

Many of us would like to know, haven't seen any definite info so far. Rumours say March but I don't think I've ever seen such an early MY change for other models (only checked a few, just to see from previous models where the MY change could occur).
Would you be able to change the order for a late delivery date? I don't think our dealers would do it unless the first order was cancelled which would be costly.

It seems that all the S-class orders place within the 1-1.5 months have been switched over to 2015 model year, there any many posts about this if you do a quick seatch. It seems MB automatically switched over the model years due to high demand and parts shortage

2015 S550 ordered
Been told same here. I'm waiting to be told that the dealer can input 2015 order. I've seen the DOG. My rep says she tries every morning to see if she can input 2015 S550, but still not possible.
