Can the factory air do this, or is it airbags?

this w222 is practically sitting on the floor.

Looks like the right rear wheel was driven over a bump at the floor. The left front wheel is closer to the fender than the right one. Could be an Airmatic/ABC leak too.

What was the interior colour?

looked like beige but im not sure whats the exact name for it. interior is amazing though, beats any other car on the road imo.

All MB's with Airmatic can be slammed if the owner wants to.
But I doubt that someone would slam their car while riding on stock wheels.
So I would guess that its a malfunction or the owner slammed the car and took the aftermarket wheels off.
