Hopefully I can explain this and someone will know what I mean. After I enter a destination and say after awhile I want to go back and go to my audio screen. If I push on my command knob on the maps screen I get a crosshairs on my navi screen with a circle in the middle and the screen freezes at that location but the map or "car" still moves. What is this and how do I unfreeze it. I've been having to restart the whole guidance to get it to get off the locked in spot.

Just hit the back button to "unfreeze" it. What you are doing when you hit the comand button is entering the map so you can move around within the map with the command controller. Just hit the back button to cancel this selection.
