Rear seat options - 4 passenger vs 5 passenger

Rear seat options - 4 passenger vs 5 passenger
There are a number of rear seat options on the S550. Which give are for 4 passengers and which give you a 5 passengers?
For example, I am thinking that the 'Power outboard rear seats with memory' option still gives you a 5 passenger configuration (as long as the person seated in the middle is either a child or fairly petite), but the 'Executive Rear Seat Package' option results in a 4 passenger configuration.
Is this correct? ... the sales folks do not seem to give consistent answers, your help is appreciated.
