Chucky, I just got a reply from Eileen F. At MBUSA saying there is no approved replacement for the run flat tires with the 20" multi spoke wheel. Can you post which Dunlap tires you are using and who I should contact at MBUSA. Eileen F. acts as if she never heard of the problem and said if I want to replace the run flats, I will need to purchase new wheels, tires, a spare tire and jack. Great suggestion from Eileen F.
The 100% absolutely positively approved replacement tire is the Dunlop.
This is the EXACT tire. Tell Eileen that it was approved months ago. Mercedes Benz Manhattan - the FACTORY dealership replaced my tires.
Good luck! I hope they do right by you. It sickens me that they are fooling around.

That was NOT written on the website. It said specifically RUNFLAT TIRES for the 19s.... Performance Tires for the 20s.
If they "meant" "high performance extended mobility tires" they should have specified that.
As long as they switch them out at no cost to the driver - it's fine.
