W222 Picture thread-

I paid $78k for it with 24k miles. Premium 1 package, AMG sport, rims, HUD, driver assistance, rear seat package, designo wood, exclusive Nappa, exclusive trim. Full retail of $125k.
Also got extended CPO warranty for 2 more years for $3850
I'm coming from a 2015 S63 AMG, that I really liked the giddyup in, and depending on how much I miss that, I might just get a Renntech tune. I don't even floor it that often, but when getting on the highway sometimes and I do, I find it pretty thrilling. The only reason why I wanted out of the S63 was it needs new front brakes and tires now, and the warranty just expired. I really don't like the idea of an S Class with no warranty, so figured why put the money into the tires and breaks since I would trade is sooner or later anyway.
I just hope the paint looks really good as I am buying the car sight unseen. If it looks like there are shiny spots from someone trying to buff out some scratches, I'll be pissed as hell!

I had 2015 S550 before this and loved that one as well except that I keep getting 12 MPG city driving. This S560, I don’t know what they did but it’s perfect. Consistently 18-20MPG city and over 25MPG highway.
Here are the valve stems too, black versus the silver you have now: https://www.amazon.com/Mercedes-Benz-Tire-Valve-Stem/dp/B0087OXZW6/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=oem+mercedes+valv e+stem+caps&qid=1632137834&sr=8-4

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Your car looks so clean that you may want to consider having it ceramic coated so you never have to go through the trouble of waxing ever again and it will shine better than any wax.
congratulations brotha!
That’s a special car!
QUOTE=paomien;8419907]Just got it last weekend. So excited!!

In all honesty I don’t like them anymore either. I think these “overly busy” badges detract from the car. I’m planning on a Weistec tune and will probably put their vinyl decal on there, it’s very subtle on our color.
I am very familiar with ceramic coatings - have had them on many vehicles over the years. But in all honesty I like the exercise of a good wash and wax, and personally think nothing looks better than some real carnuba. Maybe it’s just the hard work talking.

Also, the car is only 2001kg( about 4400lbs) which I think is pretty outstanding.

And looking much better than I anticipated! Well.. at least when set straight... Otherwise they look stupid. And asymmetrical. I admit. But there is something refreshing about them that makes me wanna keep it and go thru the pains of removing the door panel to fish the rgb signal from there...
well worth the effort!
Colors are aligned with factory. Installation is not the most easy thing if you don't have experience removing trim panels, but not impossible with some time (took me probably close to 6h in total to get things done, wired, connected and cleaned afterwards).
