after 2 months driving, I can say dricving S is much easier than I thought ...360 Camera is really helping and the fact I can see the front of the car so always have a good estimate of car position in narrow passages and turning
My W222 (Selenite Grey, Black Exclusive Nappa, designo Piano Black Exclusive Trim)
Just a quick shot with my little copilot in tow. 2016 S550W4, Executive Rear Seat Package Plus. Love everything about this car, except the base 18” wheels. Noise and ride quality great (markedly better than prior W221 sedan that has Sport Package Plus One (AMG 20”) - but would appreciate the look of multi spoke much more. Is it as simple as ordering and replacing designed to fit? I found some higher quality runs modeled after the OEM that my neighbor (MB Master Tech certified) has used. Can I put 18” run as long as the width and bolt pattern match?
example - says it will fit but wanted thoughts from this group on topic. https://www.ebay.com/itm/304388892708?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=utwurn6groa&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=ZaGLSXH_Td K&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
New to the forum and to Mercedes. I have owned Audi and VW (still love my stick shift Mk7 GTI), but my wife has always wanted a big Benz. After suffering through two consecutive crap cars, she gets an upgrade. We initially test drove an E450 wagon, which I so loved, but it wasn’t roomy enough in the back seat and the suspension was overly firm (for her). The S class with the air suspension was exactly what she was looking for, and I have to admit, it is a fantastic ride.
