Refrigerator.
Does anyone know if the refrigerator can easily be installed if it did not come with the car? I'm picking mine up Monday or Tuesday and would like to add the refrigerator. This will be my 4th s class. Love em!
Also I watched a video on YouTube that had a drawer in the top of the trunk. Does that come with all the new s class'?

Can't help you on the refrigerator question.
What you referred to as a drawer I believe is what is called the comfort box. It pulls out like a drawer and then the bottom of it can be pushed down to the trunk floor so that it is then a box that can hold items from rolling around in the trunk. This is an optional accessory.

A forum member added the fridge on his 221 S Class. He did it through MBenzNL.nl and that's probably your best bet. The dealer will not have a clue and tell you it's impossible.
Yes doable. Probably costly maybe x3-x5 the cost of the $1,100 option as a shot in the dark estimate.

The fridge retrofit is an easy DIY task if the car comes with a ski bag. If not, it is still possible but needs a lot of parts. I did it myself on the 221, would do it for the 222 also but it will take some time to find the fridge at an attractive price (like I did for the 221).
Installation actually does not ask anything else than the wiring harness, including the connector at the front wall of the trunk.
Have a look at EPC for additional parts if the car does not have the ski bag option.
